London Marbles (2011)

London Marbles is a field recording of a childrens marble set. It was recorded in May of 2011 during a visit to London where I stayed with friends who had a three old son who was playing with a really cool sounding marble set. Luckily I had a Sound Devices recorder and stereo microphone. The recorded result is this short little piece. The only manipulation to the sound was edit points here and there to eliminate other extraneous sounds and to change the stereo perspective.
